Our Lifetime Warranty

Harpy Hats warrants our hats against defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product.
If your Harpy Hat fails due to a manufacturing defect, faulty material, or workmanship issue, we will repair it, replace it, or provide store credit at our discretion.

What Is Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers issues such as:
•    Defective stitching or seams 
•    Manufacturing flaws 
•    Premature failure of construction components 
•    Material defects not caused by normal use 
•    Closure or hardware defects caused by workmanship issues 
•    Significant structural failure due to manufacturing defect 

What Is Not Covered

Like all high-performance gear, Harpy Hats are built to be used. Normal wear over time is part of that story.
This warranty does not cover:
•    Normal wear and tear 
•    Fading from sunlight, washing, sweat, or outdoor exposure 
•    Stains, discoloration, sweat marks, or cosmetic changes 
•    Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, neglect, or abuse 
•    Damage from pets, chewing, sharp objects, heat, fire, or chemicals 
•    Shrinking, stretching, or deformation caused by improper washing or drying 
•    Lost or stolen hats 
•    Unauthorized alterations, embroidery, patches, heat pressing, or third-party modifications 
•    Products purchased from unauthorized sellers 
•    Counterfeit products 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

1.    Your name 
2.    Order number or proof of purchase 
3.    Photos of the hat and the issue 
4.    A brief description of what happened 
5.    Your shipping address 

Once we review your claim, we will determine whether the issue qualifies for repair, replacement, or store credit.

Replacement Terms

If your original hat style, color, or size is no longer available, Harpy Hats may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs depending on the age of the product, location, and nature of the claim.
